Artists & Makers Donation Form - Items for 2022 Fundraising Auctions

Beads of Courage will be hosting three online fundraising auctions this year to coincide with these events:

• Beads, Blues & Beer Festival in March (completed)
• World Beads of Courage Day in September
• Holiday/Year-End Gift Giving in November-December

We are seeking donations from our honored artists and makers of items to be included in each of these auctions. Donations may include glass beads, sculptural pieces, jewelry, wood-turned items, etc. We welcome your donations of items throughout the year and will distribute the items received to each of the auctions.

*** FOR WORLD BEADS OF COURAGE DAY IN SEPTEMBER, WE ARE SEEKING LAMPWORK GLASS BEADS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD! TO PARTICIPATE PLEASE SEND ONE OF YOUR BEST GLASS BEADS TO INCLUDE IN THE AUCTION. IF YOU INCLUDE MORE ITEMS FOR THE HOLIDAY AUCTION, PLEASE BE SURE TO IDENTIFY THE BEAD YOU WANT US TO USE IN THE WORLD BEADS OF COURAGE DAY AUCTION. *Please mail all items donated for this purpose to Beads of Courage HQ in Tucson. We would prefer that auction items be shipped separately from other donations.

*Please pack your items with great care to ensure they arrive in one piece! Mail packages to: Beads of Courage, Inc. 3230 N. Dodge Blvd, Suite J, Tucson AZ 85716
